去年の夏は、暑さの中で学校とサロンを行き来していた日々を思い出します。

振り返ると、本当に頑張った一年だったと感じます。

今年は人生で初めて40度の気温を経験しましたが、今週は一転して傘の手放せないお天気でしたね。

連日の猛暑もひと段落し、暦の上では立秋。

お盆休み、皆さまはいかがお過ごしでしょうか。

私は隙間時間ではありましたが、今年も四ツ谷にあるご先祖様のお墓へ手を合わせに行くことができました。

来週からはまた暑さが戻るとの予報です。

 Looking back, I feel that it has been a year of really hard work.

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪

 This year, for the first time in my life, I experienced temperatures of 40 ℃, but this week the weather turned around and you couldn’t do without your umbrella.

 The daily heat wave has ended and it is now Risshū on the calendar.

 How is everyone spending their Bon holidays?

 I was able to visit the graves of my ancestors in Yotsuya again this year, albeit in my spare time.

 Summer UV rays and dryness caused by air conditioning can leave your hair and scalp feeling tired.
