アシスタントの”じゅあん”です♪

ファッションショーのバックステージに

ヘアアシスタントとして参加させて頂きました。

今回は、自店舗の店長・橋口さんのアシスタントにつき、

何十人ものモデルさんを短時間で仕上げるという現場へ。

髪の長さも髪質も違うモデルさんを、

全員同じスタイルに仕上げる、

最終チェックでは髪が一本も出てないようにと指示を受け、現場はとても繊細で難しく

でもやっぱりこの緊張感が楽しくて、夢中になっていました。

バックステージではスピードと判断力、そして“準備力”も大切。

上司から「これ持ってる？」と聞かれた際、

すぐに「持っています」とお渡しすることができ、

「欲しい時に何でも持ってるから、良いよね」とお褒めの言葉も頂きました。

より技術を吸収⭐︎

Z世代褒めて育ちます♪♪

入社前からファッションショーのバックステージに入らせて頂く機会が何度かあり

その経験があったからこそ、今回の現場では

より冷静に動けた部分も多かったと感じ、その経験が今、とても活きていると感じています。

メイクは母校の先輩がいるMACさんが担当されていて、

以前からご一緒できたら…と憧れの共演も

入社2年目にして叶いました✨

刺激と学びの詰まった一日でした。

もっともっと上を目指して頑張りたいと思います！

Best wishes for the summer season.

I’m an assistant, Juan♪

 I participated backstage at a fashion show as a hair assistant.

 This time, I was assigned to assist Mr Hashiguchi, the manager of my own shop, in finishing dozens of models in a short time.

 The models had different hair lengths and textures,

 All of them were given the same style,

 The final check was to make sure that not a single strand of hair was sticking out.

 But I still enjoyed the tension and got carried away.

 Backstage, speed, judgement and “readiness” are also important.

 When my boss asked me, “Do you have this?”

 I can give it to him immediately and say “I have it”,

 I received compliments like, “It’s good that you have everything when I want it.”

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪

Before I joined the company, I had several opportunities to go backstage at fashion shows.

I feel that I was able to move more calmly in many areas because of that experience, and I feel that I am making good use of that experience now.

 The make-up was done by MAC, who have a senior student from my alma mater,

 I’ve been longing to work with her for a long time, and I’ve made it happen in my second year with the company ✨.

 It was a day full of inspiration and learning.

 I would like to work harder and aim higher!
