アシスタントの”じゅあん”です♪

気づけば連日35℃超え…！

今年はあまり“梅雨っぽさ”を感じないまま、梅雨明けし、本格的な夏がやってきた感じですね。

そんな暑さからちょっと逃げるように、リフレッシュ旅に行ってきました🚗🌿

今回はエメラルドブルーの海へ、人生2回目のサーフィンにも挑戦🏄‍♀️

都内よりも5〜6℃ほど涼しく、海水も冷たかったです。

火照った身体にちょうどよくて、最高に気持ちよかったです。

「最初は立つのが難しいよ」と言われていたけど…なんと立てました！👏

プロサーファーの方にも褒めて頂きました。

より技術を吸収⭐︎

Z世代褒めて育ちます♪♪

やっぱり、身体を動かすのは気持ちいいですね。

久しぶりにしっかり運動できて、心も体もスッキリ。

また明日からも頑張っていきます◎

I’m an assistant, Juan♪

The temperature has been above 35°C every day!

This year, it doesn’t really feel like a ‘rainy season’, but it feels like summer has arrived in earnest.

To escape the heat for a while, I went on a refreshing trip to Shirahama in Shizuoka 🚗🌿.

It was 5-6°C cooler than in Tokyo and the sea was cool.

It was just right for my burning body and felt great.

And this time, I even tried surfing for the second time in my life. 🏄‍♀️

I was told that it would be difficult to stand up at first, but… to my surprise, I did! 👏.

The instructor praised me and I got a bit carried away.

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪

After all, it feels good to move my body.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a good workout, and my mind and body feel refreshed.

I’m going to work hard again tomorrow ◎
