「ロレアルマスタークラス」

先日、TONI&GUY UKのディレクターによるヘアカット・デモンストレーションが、パリからLIVEで配信されました。

世界で活躍するトップディレクターの技術を、日本にいながらリアルタイムで学べる貴重な機会となり、大変刺激を受けました。

普段はなかなか触れることのできないグローバルな視点と最新の技術を目の当たりにし、多くの学びと気づきを得ることができました。

今回のデモンストレーションはすべて英語で行われたため、技術面に加え、語学力も自然と鍛えられる内容でした。

英語力向上のため、日頃から文章を必ず英文にして学び続けています。

セッションの後には、学んだ内容をすぐに実践し、ウィッグを使い実技も行いました。

社長から直々にカットのアドバイスをいただき、貴重な機会になりました。

上司から「よく頑張ってるね」とお褒めの言葉もいただき、大きなモチベーションとなりました。

より技術を吸収⭐︎

Z世代褒めて育ちます♪♪

世界基準のカット技術を間近で体感出来たこと、新たな発見とインスピレーションを得ることができました。

今後も、こうした学びの機会に率先して参加し、さらに技術を磨いてまいります。

「Loreal Masterclass」

The other day, a haircut demonstration by the director of TONI&GUY UK was streamed LIVE from Paris.

 It was a rare opportunity for me to learn the techniques of a top director active around the world in real time while in Japan, and I was very much inspired.

I was able to learn and realize many things by witnessing global perspectives and the latest skills, which is usually difficult to come into contact with.

 All demonstrations were conducted in English, so in addition to the technical aspects, the participants were able to naturally develop my language skills.

In order to improve my English skills, I always continue to learn by writing sentences in English on a regular basis.

After the session, I immediately put into practice what I had learned and also performed practical skills using wigs.

My boss gave me a valuable opportunity to get advice on cutting directly from him.

My supervisor even complimented me on how well I was doing, which was a great motivator.

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪

I was able to experience the world-standard cutting techniques up close and personal, and to make new discoveries and gain inspiration.

 I will continue to take the initiative in participating in these learning opportunities to further hone my skills.
