アシスタントの”じゅあん”です♪

皆さま、ゴールデンウィークはいかがお過ごしでしたか？

私はちょうどサロンの定休日とタイミングが重なり、1日だけお休みをいただくことができました。

その貴重な1日を使って、群馬県にある「四万湖」へSUPをしに行ってきました！

四万川ダムのそばに広がる四万湖は、まるで宝石のように輝くエメラルドグリーン。

その美しさから「四万ブルー」とも呼ばれているそうです。

周囲には山や森が広がり、大自然の中で神秘的な青い湖に心から感動しました。

アクティビティのあとは、温泉と岩盤浴でしっかりリフレッシュ。

心も身体も癒されて、とても素敵な休日を過ごすことができました。

これからも元気に皆さまをお迎えしてまいります！

How was your GW?

I was able to take one day off, which coincided with my salon’s regular holiday.

I took advantage of this precious day to go SUPing at Lake Shiman in Gunma Prefecture!

Lake Shiman, which spreads out near the Shiman River Dam, is emerald green and shines like a jewel.

It is also called “Shiman Blue” because of its beauty.

Surrounded by mountains and forests, I was truly impressed by the mysterious blue lake in the midst of nature.

After the activities, I refreshed myself thoroughly in the hot spring and bedrock bath.

Both my body and mind were healed and I was able to spend a very nice holiday.

I will continue to welcome you all cheerfully!
