2年目研修

アシスタントの”じゅあん”です♪

TONI&GUYに入社して、気がつけばもうすぐ1年が経とうとしています。

この1年は本当にあっという間でした。

新しく入ってきた後輩たちが1年目の研修を受けている姿を見ると、私も最初の頃の緊張感や不安を思い出します。

何もわからず、周りの先輩方の助けを借りながら一歩一歩成長していった日々が、まるで昨日のことのようです。

そして4月から2年目に突入します。

先日、2年目の研修を行いました。

研修では、先輩としての指導方法や、自分がこれからどうなりたいかを真剣に考える内容がありました。

初めての研修を受けたときの不安や期待、そして先輩方の温かいサポートを思い出しながら、今度は私が後輩たちにその思いを伝えていく番なのだと感じました。

私が入社した頃、先輩方は本当に優しく、丁寧にたくさんのことを教えてくださいました。「先輩って本当にすごいなぁ」と憧れの気持ちを抱いていたのを覚えています。

先輩方の背中を見て、自分もいつかそんな存在になりたいと強く思ったものです。先輩たちが私に与えてくれた信頼や愛情に応えるためにも、これからは私自身も後輩たちにとっての「憧れの先輩」になれるよう、努力していきたいと思います。

2年目になると、責任も増えていきますが、それは同時に成長のチャンスでもあります。

後輩たちに教えながら、私自身も学び続け、共に成長していくことができればと思っています。

これからの一年が、私にとっても後輩たちにとっても素晴らしいものになるよう、全力を尽くしていきたいです。

振り返ると、1年という時間は短いようでとても濃厚でした。

これからも、TONI&GUYでの経験を大切にしながら、前向きに進んでいきます。新しい挑戦に胸を躍らせつつ、後輩たちと一緒に自慢のサロンを作り上げていけるように、私自身も成長を続けていきます。

I’m an assistant, Juan♪

It’s hard to believe that I will soon be celebrating my first anniversary at TONI&GUY. 

This past year has truly flown by. 

Watching the new trainees as they go through their first-year training reminds me of the nervousness and uncertainty I felt in the beginning. 

Those days, when I knew nothing and relied on the support of my seniors to grow step by step, feel like they were just yesterday.

As I enter my second year in April, I recently participated in training for second-year employees. 

This training focused on how to guide others as a senior and encouraged us to seriously consider how we want to develop moving forward. 

Remembering the anxiety and excitement I felt during my first training, along with the warm support of my seniors, I realize that it’s now my turn to pass on those feelings to the newcomers.

When I first joined the company, my seniors were incredibly kind and took the time to teach me so much. 

I remember looking up to them with admiration, thinking, “Seniors are truly amazing.” 

Their influence inspired me to aspire to be that kind of person one day. 

To honor the trust and care they showed me, I want to work hard to become a senior that the new employees can look up to as well.

As I enter my second year, I know that my responsibilities will increase, but I also see this as an opportunity for growth. 

I hope to continue learning alongside my juniors while helping them grow too. 

I will do my best to ensure that this coming year will be wonderful for both myself and my juniors.

Looking back, a year may seem short, but it has been incredibly fulfilling. 

I will continue to cherish my experiences at TONI&GUY as I move forward with a positive attitude. 

With excitement for new challenges, I aim to keep growing and build a salon that we can all be proud of together with my juniors. Thank you for your continued support!
