営業再開のお問い合わせについて

平素はTONI&GUYをご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。

緊急事態宣言の発令に伴い、現在TONI&GUYは東京都、神奈川県、福岡県、新潟県、静岡県の計１０店舗において休業しております。美容室は政府が定める休業要請の対象業種ではありませんが、各地域の感染状況やテナントビルの方針等、様々な事情やリスクを考慮し、各店舗の代表が営業ないし休業判断に至っております。休業店舗のお客様におかれましては、ご不便をおかけし、大変申し訳ございません。

営業再開時期につきましては、緊急事態宣言の解除に併せた準備を進めております。ただし、現在発令から３週間が経とうとしておりますが、未だに重大局面を脱しておらず、果たして当初の予定通り５月６日をもって宣言の解除がされるのか非常に不透明な状況です。今後、政府の発表があり次第、改めてこの場でご連絡させていただきますので、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

一方、大変ありがたい事に、お客様からは日を追うごとに営業再開を待ち望む声を多数お寄せ頂いており、グループ一同深く感謝しております。営業再開に向けて、お客様ならびスタッフの安全性を確保できるよう、最大限準備して参りますので、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Due to Emergency declaration 10 of TONI&GUY salons in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Fukuoka, Nigata, Shizuoka has been closed now.
Although Hair salons are not subject of suspension of business,
With consideration of area, policy of buildings and risks each salon owner has made decision to keep the salon open or close the salon.
We are so sorry for our clients of closed salon for inconvenience, And thank you for understanding.
We are preparing for reopening at end of Emergency declaration.
But it is very unclear to be released by 6th of May.
Once the government announcement is made we will let you know our plans.
And thank you so much on behalf of our salons ,we are receiving many comments from lots of clients about looking forward to our reopening.
For reopening we are preparing everything can to make safest environment for our clients and staff members.
