上司から学ぶストレート講習

アシスタントのじゅあんです♪

先日、原宿店の上司・浅野さんによるストレートパーマ講習に参加させていただきました。

広尾店で勤務しているため、他店舗の上司の技術を間近で見る機会はなかなかありません。

今回のセミナーは、ベーシックで学んできた知識に加え、現場ならではの応用テクニックを直接学べるとても貴重な機会でした。

その後、サロンワークでストレート施術のアシスタントに入らせていただいた際に、早速、学んだことを実践♪

「直すところなかったよ」

と嬉しいお言葉をいただきました。

Z世代褒めて育ちます♪

こうして、講習での学びを実際の施術に活かすことができたことは、自分にとって大きな成長となりました。

やはり、上司の技術を間近で見ることの大切さを改めて実感しました。

今後も、こうした貴重な学びの場に積極的に参加して、技術と知識をしっかりと身につけていきたいと思います♪

ps. 帰りに先輩に誘って頂き、みんなで横浜中華街に美味し物を食べてきました。

I’m an assistant, Juan♪

The other day, I had the opportunity to attend a straight perm seminar led by Asano-san, a senior stylist from our Harajuku salon.

Since I work at the Hiroo location, I rarely get the chance to observe the techniques of stylists from other branches up close.

That’s why this seminar was such a valuable experience—it allowed me to go beyond the basic knowledge I had learned and gain hands-on insight into real salon techniques and advanced applications.

Not long after, I was able to assist with a straight perm service during salon work and put what I learned into practice right away♪

One of my senior colleagues even said:

“There was nothing to fix!”

—such encouraging words!

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪

Being able to apply what I learned in a real setting was a big step in my growth as a stylist.

It really reminded me how important it is to observe and learn directly from experienced senior stylists.

I’m truly grateful for this opportunity, and I hope to keep joining these kinds of training sessions to continue improving my skills and knowledge!
