アシスタントの”じゅあん”です♪

年に2回開催されるRakuten Fashion Week Tokyo。

TONI&GUYに入社して初めての参加でした。

私はヘアメイク科出身であり、

TONI&GUYに入りたいと思った理由の大きなひとつが、ファッションショーのバックステージで活躍することでした。

ずっと憧れていたTONI&GUYスタッフとして現場に立てた事、本当に嬉しくて改めてこの仕事の魅力を実感しました。

今回はメイクとネイルをメインに担当しながら、ヘアのアシスタントも務めさせていただきました。

さらに、社長のアシスタントという貴重な経験、上司達の技術、海外店舗からのスタイリストさんやモデルさんとのコミュニケーション、普段のサロンワークではなかなか経験できないような特別な時間を過ごしました。

ファッションショーのバックステージは、一瞬一瞬が勝負の連続。

限られた時間の中でモデルさんたちを最高の状態に仕上げるために、チーム全員が集中し、息を合わせて作り上げていく。

その緊張感と達成感は、何度味わってもワクワクします。

ヘアメイクの技術だけでなく、スピード感やチームワークの大切さを改めて学ぶことができた今回の経験。

この貴重な機会を無駄にせず、これからのサロンワークや次の活動にも活かしていきたいと思います！

さらに成長した姿で参加できるよう頑張ります！

Hi, I’m an assistant, Juan♪

Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo, is held twice a year

It was my first time to join it since I joined TONI&GUY.

I’m a graduate of hair and makeup department, one of the major reason why I wanted to join this company was to be active at the backstage of fashion show.

I am truly delighted to have been able to stand as a staff member of TONI&GUY at a place I have long admired. 

This experience has made me realize once again the attractive of this profession.

This time, I primarily focused on makeup and nails while also assisting with hair. Additionally, I had the valuable experience of being the assistant to my boss, which allowed me to observe the skills of my superiors. 

I also had the opportunity to communicate with stylists and models from our international locations. 

It was a special experience that I wouldn’t typically encounter in my regular salon work.

The backstage of a fashion show is a continuous series of the match each and every moment.

In the limited time we have, the entire team must focus and work in harmony to prepare the models in the best possible condition. 

The tension and sense of achievement that comes from this experience is exhilarating, no matter how many times I get to experience it.

This experience allowed me to learn not only the techniques of hair and makeup but also the importance of speed and teamwork. 

I want to make the most of this valuable opportunity and apply it to my future salon work and upcoming activities!

I will do my best to participate with an even more developed skill set!
