今はロングレイヤーブローのテストに向けて、ドライヤーとロールブラシのみを使ってブローの練習に励んでいます。

上達出来ない必要性を日々感じています。

上司の方からのご指導により練習する毎に、上達していく事が目に見えたり、先輩方に褒めて頂いたりすると、モチベーションが上がり、練習する事がとても楽しいです。

Z世代褒めて育ちます♪♪

Hi, I’m an assistant, Juan♪

I practice to pass the curriculum for stylist debut before work and after work.

I keep practicing the blow dry with a dryer and rolled brush to pass the test of long layer blowout now.

I feel the necessity for practice under the guidance of my superior, a pro stylist, as well as the cooperation of practice models.

I realize that practicing solely with wigs will not lead to improvement.

I feel this need every day.

Thanks to the guidance from my supervisor, I can visibly see my improvement with each practice session.

When I receive compliments from my seniors, my motivation increases, and I find practicing to be very enjoyable.

Generation Z grows up with compliments ♪♪
