新型コロナウィルスの感染防止に伴うお客様へのお願い

平素は格別のご高配を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。

新型コロナウィルスによる感染拡大の状況を踏まえ、お客様ならびに従業員の健康と安全の為、下記の通り対策を強化いたします。お客様には何卒ご理解ならびにご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

 

・発熱はもとより、風邪の症状等があるお客様

・体調不良に自覚症状があるお客様

・海外渡航歴が１ヶ月以内にあり、帰国後２週間以内のお客様

 

以上のお客様については大変申し訳ございませんが、ご来店をご遠慮頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

ご不明な場合はご来店前に担当者までその旨をお申し出ください。

※上記については今後の日本政府による方針変更等に伴い、変更となる可能性がございます。

その際は、改めて皆様にご報告差し上げます。

・Customers with fever and cold symptoms.

・Customers with subjective symptoms of poor physical condition.

・Foreign travel is in less than one month, a customer within two weeks after returning home.

 

We hope you understand that please refrain from visiting to salon.

If you are unsure contact the person in charge before visiting. There is a possibility that it will be changed due to future policy changes by the Japanese government. In that case will be report to you again.
